Alright so, Nadia represents my very slight ego that peaks out sometimes when I make a really impressive drawing or doing something cool in a video game, stuff like that. So with Nadia being an athletic with a near perfect record, she’d have a major ego. (I’m going to make it so when she was younger she lost when she was almost at the finals, which sparked her drive to win)

Her parents met when her dad was taking a long trip in Russia. Staying there for a few years, him and her mom got married and had her. After about 5 years they moved back to America due to a lot of family problems, by then Nadia’s sister was already born and clung to Nadia a lot, that didn’t last when she became a teenager. BUT when Nadia got to America, they already knew a bit of English thanks to their dad, but she was put into volleyball. And she loved it!
She played everyday, begging for own ball and special shoes. She was a prodigy almost and loved winning and staying on the court. Especially when her family watched her tournaments. She was a team player for the most part, and maybe the praise was getting to her head a tiny bit. But this all changed when she lost in the Quarterfinals. Everything shattering because of a play the team captain had. All the praise Nadia got felt it to be all for nothing, and with her sister watching, it was insult to injury that she felt her big sister was cool anymore.
Now, Nadia decided that she’ll only rely on her own skills most of the time, she put her all into honing her craft so she'll never feel the way she did ever again. Building her ego more and more after games ans showing of her prodigy skills and skills she's crafted. Proving she's the best and with no humbling and her competitive nature, Her pride grew into a huge golden tree. One unbalanced and due to fall back down on the dirt floor.
