Okay so before I get into her full character backround, I’ll write down her details and stuff. Like i wrote down before, Each of the main characters are a sliver of my personailty because i want to write about the pros and cons of it. And Quinn (Last name Zheng, which means journey) would be my rage and anger, despite how corny that was sounds. And uh…..i guess she’s an insert uh….but that’s not the point

Quinn was born and raised in [new state] by her parents that just moved over from China. She was their first and only child. So naturally, they put a lot of pressure on her to be strong and independent. Wanting her to do great things in life. Since she was 5 years old, they put her in a bunch of classes to see which she liked more. Doctoring, engineering, anything with law, technology, even being a cook. But one day when she’s in 2nd grade, they just put her in a band class just to help her be busy until school starts after spring break. And Quinn was instantly hooked, the teacher always called her parents, saying how Quinn was the most attentive and eager to play absolutely everything. She was taught the basics of everything she picked up but she loved the drum the most. Almost as if she used it to let pent up energy and loved it.
Her parents thought and were happy she found a hobby. But. She clung to drums, they were the only thing she wants for her birthday or for Christmas, anything music related she wanted it. Doing research on the family computer and spending time wanting to make her own music. This caused a rift between her parents and a deep anger in Quinn started to brew. Why should she have to be a big shot doctor or athlete just to make her parents happy and have an easy life?
And that fueled her to prove them wrong.
Around this time she had already met Jacob and they were friends almost immediately. After several things happened with Jacob like him getting bullied a few times because of things stemming from her, this caused her to become even more protective than she already was. Her wrath mixed with her protectiveness made their relationship turn a bit corrupt. Not at the start but it will ever so slightly turn a bit twisted and unhealthy but they both think it’s normal although it’s kind of not for friends if you get what I mean.
That’s the long and short of it but the start of Quinn and Nadia’s rivalry begun a month or so after They met in 9th grade. For some reason they never got along at the start but a disagreement about the best foods started and it went to be more intense from there
